30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your SR100. If something isn't right, you have a full 30 days from delivery to start a return for a refund, no questions asked.

Eligibility
- Return request initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- The SR100 unit is in original condition, unaltered, with no damage from misuse.
- All included items returned: unit, filter, power adapter, quick-start guide, and original box.
- Proof of purchase from aeroessence.com.
Used filters and accessories purchased separately are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or was never opened.
How to start a return
- Email hello@aeroessense.com from the address on your order, with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the SR100 in its original box, drop it at any authorized carrier location, and keep the tracking receipt.
- Once we receive and inspect the unit (typically 3–5 business days), your refund is processed.
Refund processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and appear within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve your return. You'll get an email confirmation the moment the refund is sent.
Original shipping is refunded if your order qualified for free shipping; expedited shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your SR100 (for example, for a replacement filter set or a different shipping address on a new order), simply place a new order and follow the return process for the original — that's the fastest way for you to receive the replacement.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If your SR100 arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, email hello@aeroessense.com with a photo or short video. We'll replace it or refund it at no cost.
1-year manufacturer warranty
Every SR100 is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear on filters, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or commercial use beyond normal residential operation.
